INERTIAL MACHINES
PROINERTIAL® It is a concept of functional training with free movements at different intensities with continuous resistance
.
The load of our inertial machines adapts to any action and allows improve physical condition, increase muscle strength, endurance and power, as well as help in the njury prevention and recovery.
CHARACTERISTICS OF INERTIAL MACHINES
The main characteristic of our inertial machines is the inertial resistance. The inertia of a disk is used that we accelerate in the concentricphase and resistance is offered in the eccentric phase of the exercise, developing work throughout the cycle of shortening and stretching.
The work is quantified and displayed in real time. Data measurement is basic and vital for the correct development of inertial training.
INERTIAL LOADSS
As variants of inertial loads (commonly called isoinertial), we offer: inertial discs and conical pulleys. From the variability of these elements and the counterweights of the masses, we modify the resistance in the exercises. It allows us a great variety of applications and progressions adapted to each practitioner.
The inertial machine is based on a flywheel whose axis is fixed to a support structure (inertial disk). One of the ends of a transmission rope is wound around said axis or conical structure in order to perform the traction. When pulling on the rope during the concentric action, the inertial mass continues to rotate and causes us to exert resistance to stop it.
